REFUND POLICY — LEVEILLE BUSINESS CONSULTING ℠

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for services and digital products purchased from Leveille Business Consulting ℠ (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through our website, payment links, or invoices.

By purchasing from us, you agree to this Refund Policy.

This policy applies to:

• Business consulting sessions
   
• LLC formation and compliance support
   
• Administrative & management consulting packages
   
• Digital documents, templates, and resources
   
• Strategy sessions and business credit guidance
   

Government or third-party fees (such as state filing fees, registered agent services, or payment processing fees) are never refundable, because they are paid directly to external providers.

The following are non-refundable:

• Completed consulting sessions or meetings
   
• Services where work has already started (research, document drafting, filings, etc.)
   
• Government / state filing fees and third-party costs
   
• Rush or expedited services
   
• Digital documents or templates that have already been delivered
   

Subject to our review, we may offer a partial or full refund in the situations below:

• Duplicate payment was made for the same service
   
• A technical error caused you to be charged incorrectly
   
• You cancel a scheduled consulting session at least 48 hours before the appointment time and no work has started
   
• We are unable to deliver the service you paid for due to an issue on our side
   

Refunds are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis.

For most consulting services, we prefer to reschedule your session rather than issue a refund.

• If you notify us at least 24 hours in advance, we will gladly reschedule your appointment one time at no extra charge.
   
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in losing the session fee.

• Business name (if applicable)
   
• Date of payment and amount paid
   
• Last 4 digits of the card or transaction reference
   
• A short explanation of your request
   

We will review your request within 5–7 business days and let you know if it is approved, denied, or if we need more information.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within approximately 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If you file a chargeback with your bank without contacting us first, we reserve the right to:

• Dispute the chargeback, and
   
• Suspend or terminate any current or future services with you.
   

We are always willing to review your situation, so please contact us before disputing a transaction.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted means you accept the revised policy.
