Overview

LEVEILLE Business Consulting℠ ("LEVEILLE," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website located at leveilleconsulting.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information you provide or that is automatically collected when you visit the Site or submit an inquiry.

By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.

Information We Collect

Information you provide directly

When you submit the contact form or the Business Navigator™ service-inquiry form, we collect the following:

  • Your full name
  • Your email address
  • Your message or inquiry details
  • Your active language/locale at the time of submission
  • Any file attachment you voluntarily upload (optional)

The Business Navigator™ assessment additionally collects your responses to five structured questions about your business stage, goals, challenges, and location. These responses are used solely to generate a service recommendation and are included in the service-inquiry submission if you choose to proceed.

Information collected automatically

If you accept analytics via the cookie consent banner, the GoDaddy Signals / SCC C2 analytics script is loaded and may automatically collect:

  • Pages visited and time spent on each page
  • Click events on links and buttons
  • Browser type, operating system, and device type
  • Referring URL and general geographic region (country/state level)
  • IP address (used for geographic inference; not stored in identifiable form by us)

If you decline analytics, the SCC C2 script is not loaded and none of the above data is collected.

⚠ Owner Review Required

Data retention period: The specific period for which form submission data (name, email, message) is retained in our systems has not been confirmed. Please specify the retention window before publishing this policy (e.g., "We retain inquiry data for 24 months from the date of submission").

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To respond to your inquiry. Form submissions are delivered to our consulting team at [email protected] so we can follow up with you.
  • To generate service recommendations. Business Navigator™ responses are processed locally in your browser to produce a prioritised list of recommended services. This processing does not involve sending your responses to a remote server until you choose to submit the inquiry form.
  • To understand how the Site is used. Aggregated analytics data helps us improve the Site's content and user experience. This data is only collected if you have consented.
  • To comply with legal obligations. We may retain or disclose information where required by applicable law.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

⚠ Owner Review Required

Email marketing: If LEVEILLE intends to send marketing or newsletter emails to inquiry submitters, this section must be updated to describe that practice and the opt-in/opt-out mechanism before publication.

Cookies & Local Storage

The Site uses browser localStorage (not traditional HTTP cookies) to store your cookie-consent preference. This preference is stored under the key c2_analytics_consent and expires after 365 days.

The GoDaddy Signals / SCC C2 analytics script is loaded only if you accept analytics via the consent banner. If you decline, the script is not loaded and no analytics data is collected. The script itself does not set any cookies on your device.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by clearing your browser's localStorage for this domain. See our Cookie Policy for full details.

⚠ Owner Review Required

Additional cookies: If any third-party integrations (e.g., live chat, payment processors, embedded maps) are added to the Site in the future, this section must be updated to disclose any cookies those services set.

Third-Party Services

The Site currently uses the following third-party services that may process data in connection with your visit:

  • GoDaddy Signals / SCC C2 — Site analytics platform operated by GoDaddy. Loaded only after your consent. Collects aggregated usage data and click events. Governed by GoDaddy's Privacy Policy.
  • GoDaddy Airo App Builder — The Site is hosted on GoDaddy's Airo platform. GoDaddy's infrastructure processes all web requests to the Site.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services. We encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.

⚠ Owner Review Required

Email delivery provider: Form submissions are routed through the platform's email relay to reach [email protected]. If a specific third-party email service (e.g., SendGrid, Mailgun) is used, it should be named here. Please confirm the delivery provider before publishing.

Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information you submit through the Site. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Form submissions include a honeypot field to reduce automated spam.

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your information
  • Withdraw consent for analytics data collection at any time
  • Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your jurisdiction

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at [email protected].

⚠ Owner Review Required

Jurisdiction-specific rights: If LEVEILLE serves clients in the European Union (GDPR), California (CCPA/CPRA), or other jurisdictions with specific privacy laws, this section should be expanded with jurisdiction-specific disclosures and response timelines before publication.

Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted information through the Site, please contact us immediately at [email protected] and we will take steps to delete that information.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. When we do, we will update the "Effective" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.

Continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
